About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you have daily responsibility for the café's operations. You lead the team, ensure high service standards, and ensure that the business runs smoothly every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily tasks.
• Ensure high service levels and a great customer experience.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory management.
• Plan staffing and scheduling in collaboration with the responsible manager.
• Introduce and develop employees.
• Work actively to achieve the café's goals regarding sales, quality, and profitability.
• Serve as a role model and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Has experience from a café, restaurant, or similar service industry.
• Has leadership qualities and enjoys motivating others.
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and structured.
• Is service-oriented and has an eye for quality and details.
